1. Team Building Workshops / Events

We run fun, play-based nutrition orientated team-building events in either evening or half-day sessions.

  • Pick Performance High Energy Drinks
  • Guilt-free Raw Chocolate Making
  • Kick Start Energy Breakfast

In this team-building activity, participants are divided into teams of between five and eight to undertake various creative team exercises. These range from piping names on chefs’ hats, and making green smoothies,
to tasting different kinds of superfoods and creating homemade nutritional breakfasts.

We are happy to run team-building events from your own premises, or to identify local facilities that would be appropriate.

2.Health Risk Assessments and MOTs

Total Health Now will use questionnaires and ‘MOT’ consultations to identify any health risks relevant to your employees. They are undertaken, on-site if required, by fully qualified health practitioners.

The main benefits of these services are as follows:

  • Any health problems are identified and remedial action recommended.
  • Feedback is provided to the employer, so that business operations and plans can be adjusted accordingly.
  • Progress can be monitored by repeat assessments at a later date.

3.Talks and Presentations

A range of talks and presentations are offered by Total Health Now, but they all concentrate on rebuilding health and recharging energy, to improve the performance of your employees.

The training is based on the Kapelas Health & Vitality System™ and includes some interaction with the participants. The majority of people have been led to believe that good health depends on the food they eat and the amount of exercise they undertake, but that’s only part of what is needed.

Whilst Total Health Now will work with you to provide a bespoke presentation, to suit your specific needs, our standard selection of talks is as follows:

  • Why do we get so sick nowadays? The missing links of it.
  • Building emotional/stress resilience.
  • A personal story of corporate burnout (and the lessons we can all learn).
  • Myth-busters in exercise, nutrition and health.
  • Tailor-made lectures on energy, focus, back pain, headaches and many more ailments.

4.Wellness Programmes

We are able to provide complete tailor-made wellness programmes to fit a company’s needs. The results that a company can expect from such services will be more energy, focus and concentration, more happiness, less absence due to sickness, and improved work/business performance.

Stress

“In just over two months, my weight has dropped nearly half a stone, I’m sleeping better, cravings for those naughty things like beer, biscuits and coffee have diminished greatly, my energy level has at least doubled, I’m not bloated anymore and my headaches have diminished greatly. I haven’t needed any significant self discipline to stop eating badly. The treatments and dietary supplements used in Kapelas Health & Vitality System™ simply give you the nutrients you need and as a result I’m not craving sugar or stimulants (coffee and tea). My family, friends and colleagues began to notice.”
