The Theta Healing technique was created by Vianna Stibal and is easy to learn and use.
Everyone can learn this simple technique and create instant changes to their lives.
Theta Healing utilises the Theta brainwave to create positive change. Upon learning how to enter the Theta brainwave a simple technique is applied to enable you to tap into a higher universal intelligence which Vianna calls ‘The Creator of all that is’
By connecting with this higher intelligence you are able to co-create change on a subconscious level within yourself and other people to bring positive change and clear limiting beliefs and feelings.
The use of muscle testing allows yourself and others to test for the negative beliefs currently held within the subconscious. Once you change a negative belief into a positive one you can muscle test straight away and see how your beliefs and have been changed from negative to positive.

Theta Healing Sessions
How does a typical session work?
A typical Theta Healing session will involve the practitioner tuning into what work is needed in order to resolve the issues you are experiencing. This is done by the practitioner lowering their brainwave to a Theta brainwave and using their intuitive senses to connect to your energy. The practitioner may start muscle testing you to check for negative beliefs, feelings and programmes within your subconscious mind and start releasing them replacing them with positive and empowering ones. Sessions can either be done in person or over the phone/Skype. Since the Theta Healing technique uses Source energy to do the actual healing (and Source energy is omnipresent), it’s not a requirement for the practitioner and client to be present in the same room together in order for a healing to take place.
How many sessions will I need?
Theta Healing is one of the fastest healing techniques available today. A lot of ground can be covered in a short amount of time. How many sessions you need will depend on what you are wishing to resolve. Many times clients experience a massive shift on their desired issue within one session, however sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired shift. It’s usually not possible to determine how many sessions you will need ahead of time as it really depends on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to your issue and how fast they reprogramme into positive and empowering ones.
What should I do to prepare for my session?
It is important to be fully hydrated, this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong if the practitioner feels muscle testing is needed for your session. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. It’s important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you/what you’re learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.
